Συγκεκριμένα τα αιτήματα των δύο εκπροσώπων μας με διττό στόχο: Ενίσχυση των οικονομικών συνθηκών και του θεσμικού πλαισίου των εργαζομένων στους ΟΤΑ, θέσπιση κινήτρων που θα κάνουν ελκυστική τη Δυτική Μακεδονία και θα ανακόψουν τη φυγή εργαζομένων. Ως συνεπακόλουθο θα βελτιωθεί το επίπεδο των παρεχομένων υπηρεσιών προς τους κατοίκους της Περιφέρειάς μας.
